Services: we’re a little low on funds, can we make payments?

Can you work with our insurance company to cover the damages?
Yes, we’re more than happy to work with your insurance company. Just let us know up front, so we can get everything in order and start the conversations early.
Do I need permits for the work ?
It depends on the work to be completed, but if you do, we’ll work with you and the county to get exactly what you need.
How confident are you that we can get the job done by our deadline ?
Things happen. Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate, sometimes the earth isn’t what we think it is (as seen in these photos), and sometimes equipment failures can really disrupt a job’s timeline. All that said, we will do our best to avoid these issues and make your deadline to the best of our ability.
Renter: What’s included in my Monthly rent ?
Pathfinder Properties will take care of all landscaping and external upkeep of the property; ensuring you have a beautiful and clean looking property. Any necessary repairs needed inside the home will be scheduled at a time that works for both the renter, and us, and that too will be covered by Pathfinder Properties. Negligent damages, however, will be charged to the renter, per the rental agreement terms.
do we have to pay if we’re told to evacuate for natural emergencies?
No. If your ordered to evacuate by local, state, or federal governing authority, we will pro-rate your monthly charges to reflect the days in which you were away from the property.
This is a new company, how do we know you’re competent? do you have insurance in case something goes wrong?
We have all required business insurances and will promptly file claims for any accidents or unexpected property damages. We’ve also spent the past 20 years developing skill sets and confidence to get the job done safely and to your satisfaction.
Is there a minimum job fee like other companies in the industry?
No, we only charge for what the customer needs. Everything will be listed in the estimate and invoice.
